EARCOS conference in the Philippines

Almost simultaneous with the CONSAL XIII on the last week of March is the conference of the East Asian Regional Council on Overseas Schools which will also be held at Edsa Shangri-la Hotel on March 30-April 1 with a preconference workshop on March 29.

There will be a preconference workshop for librarians and teachers entitled 'Guided inquiry: a framework for learning through the school library' that will be presented by Ross Todd, associate professor in the School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies Rutgers University.
