Colors of Spring

Spring is my favorite time of the year. It's neither too cold nor too warm. Perfect for picnics and barbecues plus I get to have the clothes dry on the same day I do the laundry (it takes 2-3 days for our clothes to dry in winter. I did think of buying a dryer but using one wouldn't be environment-friendly.) The best part of all, flowers are abloom in spring. Notwithstanding water restrictions in Victoria and the rest of the country, flowers still dot the landscape.
The photos above were taken at the Werribee Rose Garden and the Conservatory at Fitzroy Gardens. Oh how I wish I lived near any of these gardens! The flowers are just so lovely to look at I could spend every day just going around them, admiring them. They are simply inspiring! Perfect places for soul searching and reflection.
